Brookmans Park

Welcome to our website for the proposal for a sustainable new development on land at Bell Bar, Brookmans Park.

Our vision provides for the delivery of up to 120 high-quality, much-needed new homes, including 50% affordable housing, designed to reflect the character of the local area.

Our vision also includes new public open space, new family friendly play space, and enhancements to local biodiversity.

We are also exploring opportunities to provide new walking and cycling connections, off-site highways improvements and improve local infrastructure where possible.

We would like to thank everyone who has submitted their feedback and shared their thoughts on how we can ensure our proposals consider the needs of residents. All comments received are being reviewed as we develop our plans for the site.

Public Consultation Event

We held a consultation event on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at the North Mymms Memorial Hall where local residents could meet the team, find out more details about the proposals and give us your feedback on the detailed designs. Thank you to all of those who attended this consultation event and for all the feedback received.

The public consultation period, which ran until midnight Wednesday 15th October 2025, has now closed.

We will be carefully considering all feedback received before we finalise our proposals and submit an application to Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.
